Currently our app is available only in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, the United States, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia; other regions will be launched soon.

Minimum system requirements
Our App is best optimized for iPhone with iOS 9 or above and Android 4.4 Kitkat and above.
Loading / Connection issues
If you encounter issues with app loading or connection, please try to shut down all other running programs as they can affect the app’s performance, or try to reopen the app. If you still encounter issues, please contact our support team via help@8attle.com
Changing location
Your location is determined by your phone device’s location when you log in to the app. It is used to determine which region’s topics you’ll see when you first enter the app. It’s not possible to specify a different location.
Changing currency
Currently there is no option to change currency.
Buying Gold Bars
Gold Bars are used as a currency for sending gifts in the app. They can be purchased in packages within in-app settings or any of the 8attle rooms.
Gold Bars transfer / refund
We offer in-app purchase of 8attle Gold Bars. Gold bars will enable you to send gifts to other users. Receiving gifts will turn into Energy, withdrawing Energy will enable you to claim money.
Payment platform
Payment is made via iTunes Store or Google Play Store, so please contact Apple or Google for any payment security issue.
How do I earn from the app?
You can receive gifts by going live in a 8attle. The gifts of various Gold Bar value will be converted to Energy and stored, the Accumulated Energy can be converted to money for claim once you’ve accumulated 3000 Accumulated Energy.
How do I claim?
When you’ve accumulated 3000 Unclaimed Energy, you may go to your Account to claim money from the Energy Balance via bank or PayPal for Hong Kong users, and PayPal for other regions. The claimed amount will be deducted from your Energy Balance in your Account after each claim. Please be noted that a handling fee of HK$8 will be charged from your claimed amount for bank transfer; a handling fee will be charged by PayPal from your claimed amount for PayPal transfer.
How long does it take for each claim?
Claims can be done anytime as long as there is 3000 Accumulated Energy.

Who can download the 8attle videos?
Only the 8attle User that participate in the 2-person Live 8attle can download the corresponding playback within 24 hours after going live. Other users can only view the playback within the app.
How big is a 8attle video?
The 8attle playbacks are automatically compressed before you’re able to download onto your phone device. Please download knowing can result in excess data usage/storage from your network provider/device.
Where can I download my 8attle video?
You could go to your notification page and tap on the ‘Download’ button to download the 8attle playbacks.
I cannot download
Please check that your phone device has enough local storage to handle the playback. If the download seems to stall, force close the app and reopen it If you still encounter this issue, please contact our support team via help@8attle.com
Inviting friends
You may follow / unfollow any user in the app, and invite a friend via Facebook/WhatsApp to join you on 8attle.
Recovering password
Password is needed to secure users who sign up via phone number. Unless you’re logged out from your account and want to log in again, you will not need to enter your password. During the log in process, you may tap on the ‘Forgot password’ link to receive a SMS verification code for you to enter your app account, then you can reset your password.
Deleting an account
Currently it is not possible to delete an account.
Does your app share my account information?
We understand the importance of your privacy. To view our policies, go to Settings and tap Privacy Policy for more info.
How to report a user?
A). You may report a user inside any Live room by tapping any user Profile, then ‘Report’. Select the reason and submit, our team will monitor his/her behaviour and will take further action if necessary.
B). You may report a user by tapping ‘…’ on top right hand corner of user Profile. Select the reason and submit, our team will monitor his/her behaviour and will take further action if necessary.
C). You as a Broadcaster can tap the other Broadcaster’s Profile and SOS button to report any misbehavior.
What will happen to a reported user?
The reported user will first be warned for his/her inappropriate act. User may be suspended if further action is necessary.
Will the user know I reported him/her?
No, your action will not be disclosed to the reported user.
Can I undo a report action?
No, we take reporting very seriously. After you report a user, you cannot undo this action.
How to block a user?
A). You may block a user inside any Live room by tapping any user Profile, then ‘Block’.
B). You may block a user by tapping ‘…’ on top right hand corner of user Profile.
What will happen to the blocked user?
The blocked user will not be able to follow you or view your Live Playback.
Will the user know I blocked him/her?
No, your action will not be disclosed to the blocked user.
Can I unblock a user?
A). Yes, you may in any Live room, find the blocked user Profile, then ‘Unblock’.
B). Yes, you may go to your own Profile, tap on Settings in top right corner, Blocked Profile tab to see your private list of blocked users to ‘Unblock’.
